Current work

Tracy leads IIED's strengthening partnerships team to facilitate and promote local to global knowledge exchange to catalyse effective action on climate change, ensuring that the voices of vulnerable and excluded groups are included in policy and decision making; providing platforms for learning and sharing information, including grassroots voices; measuring adaptation and resilience effectiveness and providing robust research evidence to high light gaps in equitable gender, and climate  just governance and decision making.

She is also the institutional lead for intersectional disadvantage and inequality, providing leadership across IIED for work priorities that focus on intersecting inequalities. This includes promoting quality and innovation in relation to IIED’s work on gender exclusion, race, racism, and racial disadvantage working closely with its Gender Equality Champions Network and Race and Racism working groups, as well as providing review and support to addressing ethical issues relating to IIED partnerships. 

Tracy also supports the Least Developed Countries Initiative for Adaptation and Resilience (LIFE-AR) programme, leading work on gender equality and social inclusion, South-South learning and monitoring, evaluation and learning.
