Nicola works across both IIED's Natural Resources and Climate Change research groups, and focuses her research on the intersection of nature and climate policy and finance, including connecting the needs and priorities of our local partners on these issues into key international decision-making processes. 

Nicola brings prior experience from other NGOs working on conservation, international development, human rights and healthcare. She has experience working with partners in Latin America, Africa and Asia and has previously worked abroad in Mexico and Brazil.

Current work

Nicola also currently provides coordination support for the International Climate Initiative-funded Transformative Urban Coalitions programme, with DIE, UNU, WRI and partners in Argentina, Mexico and Brazil.
