About this project
Background
The printed bulletin published quarterly by IIED and the Stockholm Environment Institute (SEI) covers global warming, climate change, sea-level rise and issues related to climate change and the developing world. Authorship by writers in poor countries is strongly encouraged. Some 6000 copies of the printed bulletin are distributed each quarter, and subscribers in poor countries receive their copies for free.

This quarterly publication seeks to disseminate information on climate change and development issue to stakeholders and interest groups.
A weekly-updated web based magazine version is available on the Tiempo 'cyber-library' web site.
The Tiempo Climate Portal aims to provide access to carefully selected documents, websites and other resources linked to climate change and sustainable development.
